Lethal striker unaware of Manchester United approach despite official confirmation

By

Mexico striker Hirving Lozano says he knows nothing about a confirmed move by Manchester United to sign him.

On Tuesday, Pachuca vice-president Andres Fassi revealed that the Red Devils made an official approach to sign the youngster.

But Lozano says he is only focused on doing well in the Copa America.

"I think I'm calm. I have not been told anything," he is quoted as saying by Goal.

"I don't know about it and I must concentrate on the national team, finish the tournament and then see what happens.

"The truth is I cannot say.

"First, I want to focus on this tournament, give my best and after talking to my club, we'll see what the chances are."
