Serie A giants willing to cash in on one of Jose Mourinho's main summer targets

By

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has made signing Roma attacking midfielder Miralem Pjanic one of his summer market objectives according to reports in Italy.

The Italians are ready to listen to offers higher than £35million.

The 26-year-old is also a target for Juventus, Barcelona and Chelsea although Juventus director Giuseppe Marotta has rubbished the rumours.

"I often read in the newspapers that Pjanic is close to signing for us," Marotta said two weeks ago.

"But in reality we have never negotiated with Roma, a club with whom we have a great relationship.

"He's certainly a great player. "
