Jose Mourinho in SHOCK statement over taking over from Louis van Gaal at Manchester United

By

Former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho will be more than happy to take over from Louis van Gaal if Manchester United decide to sack the Dutchman.

According to reports in Italy, the 53-year-old would be delighted to make a return in the English Premier League and to help the Red Devils win the Premier League next season.

Still one of the best managers in the World, the Portuguese endured one of his most difficult campaigns at Chelsea last season as he was sacked in December after a number of very disappointing results.

Since then, he decided not to speak about his future but is expected to manage again next season.

Manchester United failed to qualify for the Champions League after a disappointing fifth place in this year's Premier League campaign.
