Manchester United target Thomas Muller finally speaks out over rumours

Bayern Munich forward Thomas Muller says the rumoured €100m offer Manchester United are ready to make to sign him is "crazy".

Recent reports have claimed that the Red Devils are indeed ready to offer €100m(£70.1m) to secure the services of the Germany international.

And when asked about a possible move to Old Trafford, the 25-year-old was tight-lipped, describing his reported market transfer value as "crazy numbers."

"It's basically crazy the numbers which are currently kicking around in football - that's just business," Muller told Sport1.

"In Dresden, a fan addressed me with a megaphone: 'Hey €100m man, what is your playing shirt worth?' That made me smile."
