Adnan Januzaj waives off exit rumours after scoring match-winning goal

By

Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj will not leave the club during the summer transfer window.

The youngster has been heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford in recent months but he was a regular in Louis van Gaal's side that battled past Aston Villa on Friday night.

He scored the only goal of the game and he says he wants to score more goals for Manchester United this season.

"It was only rumours," Januzaj told Sky Sports.

"I'm happy here and I want to fight for my place.

"It felt good to get the goal because I've not had a game for a long time and my fitness is not so good, so I'm happy to score for the team and score the winner.

"I hope to have more games in my legs and hopefully score more goals."
