Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini says the focus is entirely on Saturday's game against Everton.
The Citizens host Roberto Martinez's side before the crucial mid-week Champions League game away at Roma but the Chilean insists his players will not be distracted by their European game.
"We are only thinking about the match with Everton," Pellegrini said.
"It will be a difficult game and we must keep winning in the Premier League to close the gap on the leaders.
"After that then we can think about the next game [against Roma].
"Vincent [Kompany] is not in the squad list but he's working. We will have a test on him on Monday or Tuesday.
"[David] Silva could play but it would be a risk and I don't think it would be good to take a risk in the last days of his recovery.
"I don't know how much of a possibility it is [that they could both play] but it's possible.
"[Edin] Dzeko and [Aleksandar] Kolarov are in the squad. Edin is 100 per cent.
"Yaya [Toure] didn't work today just as a precaution but there is no problem for tomorrow and he is in the squad list."
