Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini says striker Stevan Jovetic is in the squad to face Roma in tomorrow's Champions League game.
The Citizens shrugged off a disappointing start to the season by registering convincing results against Chelsea, Sheffield Wednesday and Hull City and will be looking to get the first three points in Europe against in-form Roma.
"I think we are playing well," Pellegrini said during Monday's press conference.
"Maybe at the beginning of the season we didn't score so many goals here at home, especially against Chelsea and Stoke. We scored only one goal in those two games.
"But after that the team returned to its normal performance and at this moment have a lot of trust in the team because I think we are in a good moment.
"No I don't think so [the Bayern defeat adds pressure]. It is normal pressure.
"Remember last year we started here against Bayern at home and we lost at home. Maybe that was more pressure.
"We were very near to a draw against Bayern but it was a very good shot with a deflection, so we couldn't add one point.
"I suppose if we'd drawn against Bayern you would have still asked the same question. But last year we lost the first game and won the other five games."
The Montenegro international is expected to feature against Rudi Garcia's side but Frenchman Samir Nasri will only be back after the international break.
"We continue injured with Fernando," added the manager.
"Stevan Jovetic is in the squad list - he is ready for tomorrow - and Samir Nasri had surgery yesterday, he will be out for around one month. All the other players are fit."
