Juventus, Roma, Napoli in Italy are reportedly keeping an eye on Matija Nastasic but the player might consider a move to an English Premier League club with West Ham United ready to match the £12m fee requested by the Citizens.

Carlos Cuellar joins Norwich City

After selling Leroy Fer to Queens Park Rangers for a reported fee of £8m, Norwich City have confirmed the arrival of Carlos Cuellar from Aston Villa. The 32-year-old has penned a one-year contract with the Canaries.

"I’m so happy and so proud to join Norwich City," the Spaniard told the club's official website.

"They’ve given me the opportunity to come here and I want to pay them back with performances on the pitch.

"It is a big club but it is looking to get bigger and stronger and to move forward. I see the same mentality that I have of trying to improve all the time, so I think we’ll go hand in hand."
