PSV Eindhoven starlet Ian Maatsen has agreed to join Chelsea this summer, Metro has claimed.
The Dutch club tried to convince the youngster to sign a new deal but the 16-year-old has decided to embark on a new experience in England.
PSV will receive a training fee of €110,000 and a cut of any future transfer for the defender.
Reports in England have dubbed the player the "new Nathan Ake".
Maatsen can offer plenty of solutions to Chelsea's Under-18s as he can play at right-back, centre-back or in midfield.
