From Italy: Chelsea will sign £39million-rated attacking midfielder in the next 72 hours

The transfer of Internazionale winger Antonio Candreva to Chelsea could be complete before the end of the week.

Reports in Italy have claimed that the Blues are ready to offer £39million to secure the services of the Italy international.

Candreva has a very solid relationship with Antonio Conte.

The Italian manager tried to sign the former Lazio captain last summer but he failed as the player opted to move to Milan.

The Blues have lost Nemanja Matic in midfield and Conte is eager to add at least two quality players to this department before the end of the summer transfer window.

Tiemoue Bakayoko is expected to be fit to face Arsenal in Sunday's game.
