Agreement reached and contract signed: Central midfielder has signed for Chelsea and will soon complete move

By

Chelsea attacking midfielder Mario Pasalic has signed a new two-year contract with the club according to transfer market expert Gianluca di Marzio.

The Italian journalist added that the player will spend next season on loan at Spartak Moscow.

The 22-year-old moved to Stamford Bridge during the 2014 summer transfer window.

He enjoyed loan spells at Elche, Monaco and Milan since then.

He was one of the most impressive players in Vincenzo Montella's Milan squad last season.

But the Rossoneri made it clear at the end of last season that they were not interested in extending his loan spell.

Real Betis were heavily linked with the youngster but it seems he has finally decided to move to Russia.
