"I'm flattered" - £100million striker responds after Antonio Conte says he wants to sign him

By

Tottenham Hotspur's Harry Kane says it is nice to be linked with a club like Chelsea but also that his focus is on doing well with Spurs.

Blues boss Antonio Conte was full of praise for the Englishman last week.

The Italian said he would sign him straight away if the striker was for sale.

The 24-year-old was one of the most impressive strikers in European football last season but is set to continue at White Hart Lane.

"Obviously it's kind words," Kane said when asked about Conte's comments.

"But I'm focused on my team now and what my manager thinks.

"I'm out here concentrating on what I need to do, and being fit for the new season."
