Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has reassured the fans that winger Pedro is recovering from his injury suffered against Arsenal.

The Spaniard was taken to hospital after colliding with goalkeeper David Ospina in the pre-season game in Beijing.

But Conte was quick to say that the player "will be OK".

"He went to hospital but he will be OK," the Italian told Chelsea TV.

"He had concussion so the doctor preferred to take him to hospital to check him and if he's OK he will travel with us to Singapore."

Later, the 29-year-old took to social media to confirm that he is already recovering from the problem.
