Official: Chelsea complete signing of impressive youngster wanted by Arsenal and Manchester City

By

Chelsea have completed the signing of French wonderkid Nicolas Tie, the player himself has confirmed.

The Blues agreed personal terms with the goalkeeper when he was 13-years old but he was unable to sign the contract before this month.

Having turned 16, Tie officially joined Chelsea on Monday.

He was scouted by Arsenal and Manchester in the past.

On his personal Twitter account, the Frenchman posted a photo holding the Chelsea jersey.

He is the third youngster to sign for the Blues in the last 24 hours.

Striker Callum Hudson Odoi has signed a new three-year contract with the club.

And Tammy Abraham extended his contract for five years before leaving to join Swansea City on loan.
