Striker Tammy Abraham has signed a new five-year deal with Chelsea, the club has announced on Tuesday.

The youngster will however spend next season on loan at Swansea City.

The 19-year-old enjoyed a very positive campaign at Bristol City last season, scoring 26 goals for the Robins.

His salary at Stamford Bridge has been increased to £50,000-a-week.

Newcastle United and Brighton & Hove Albion were also interested in the striker.

He has only made two appearances for Chelsea but is considered by the club as one for the future.
