"He will be in London for a medical next week" - Chelsea all set to announce first summer signing

By

Tiemoue Bakayoko will undergo a medical next week ahead of his £35million transfer from Monaco to Chelsea, according to Metro.

Reports in France have claimed that the two clubs have already reached an agreement.

The 22-year-old will be in London next week to undergo a medical and sign the contract with the Blues.

He will become Antonio Conte's first summer signing with more players set to follow.

The Frenchman enjoyed a very positive campaign at Monaco and attracted the interest of a number of top European clubs.

More players are expected to move to Stamford Bridge in the coming weeks.

Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk and Everton striker Romelu Lukaku have both been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge.
