"He wants Chelsea move" - Blues offer £150,000-a-week contract to sign £52million target

By

Serie A champions Juventus have offered a new contract to Alex Sandro in their attempt to keep him at the club.

The Brazilian is a confirmed target for Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.

At the end of last week, Juventus CEO Giuseppe Marotta has in fact confirmed that the Blues made a "very big" offer for the left back.

"Chelsea made a very big offer for Alex Sandro," Marotta told Corriere della Sera.

"We said no, but today players are masters of their own destiny."

The Bianconeri have rejected the offer and offered an improved package to the 26-year-old.

But he has a £150,000-a-week offer from the Blues who will make an improved offer to Juventus before the end of the month.
