Done Deal: Chelsea officially confirm agreement has been reached for transfer of left-back


Chelsea have announced on the club's official website that left-back Cristian Cuevas has re-joined Belgian side Sint-Truidense on loan for the rest of the season.

The 21-year-old is yet to make his senior debut with the Blues having been loaned out to Vitesse Arnhem, FC Eindhoven, U. de Chile and Sint-Truiden in recent seasons.

A statement on the Chelsea website said: "Cristian Cuevas has today re-joined Belgian side Sint-Truidense on loan for the rest of the season.

"The 21-year-old Chilean spent the 2015/16 campaign with the top flight club, making 29 appearances, and now returns for a second stint.

"Cuevas was part of the Chelsea squad which travelled to Austria in pre-season, featuring in the 8-0 win over Atus Ferlach at our Velden training base."
