Chelsea and Manchester United target plays last game for club - transfer could be completed this week

Chelsea and Manchester United target Joao Mario has played his last game for the club, according to Express Sport.

He received a warm send-off from the Sporting Lisbon fans after he was substituted with a minute to go against Maritimo.

According to the article, the Blues have offered £39million to secure the services of the Portugal international.

But Portuguese portal Correio da Manha is convinced that the 23-year-old will join Internazionale in the Serie A.

Sporting president Bruno de Carvalho is in Milan to finalise the transfer.

He will join the Nerazzurri on loan for €10million with an option to buy set at €30million plus €5million bonus.

Internazionale are expected to make the transfer official on Tuesday.
