Chelsea manager Antonio Conte set to sign the perfect partner for N'Golo Kante

By

Chelsea and Everton are reportedly set to do battle over the transfer of Sporting Lisbon midfielder William Carvalho, Metro has reported.

Recent reports have claimed that the Portugal international will surely leave his country to make a switch to the English Premier League.

The Blues have already added N'Golo Kante to their midfielder but more signings are expected in this department.

Everton are determined to fight to sign the 24-year-old after new manager Ronald Koeman made it clear that he wants to add the player to his squad.

The two clubs are also interested in securing the services of Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

The situation with the Senegalese is less complicated as he made it clear that he wants to leave the Partenopei to join Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge.

Napoli insist that the 25-year-old is not for sale but the Blues have already made a £38million offer to sign him during the summer transfer window.
