Antonio Conte on the similarities between himself and former Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho

By

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte says he shares the same passion and winning mentality as former boss Jose Mourinho.

After a very positive Euro 2016 campaign, the Italian has taken charge of the Blues and wants to make his compatriots proud with a successful campaign in the Premier League.

And when asked about similarities between himself and the new Manchester United manager, he said: "What I’ll bring with me from Italy is everything I’ve learned from my playing and coaching career.

"I’ll try and represent my country and this is a great responsibility for me. I’ll try and make my compatriots proud.

"It’s tough to compare people.

"There are managers who are winners. I think, regardless of the job they do, there is a winning mentality certain coaches have. I believe there are winners in football and not everyone has that."
