Italy midfielder Emanuele Giaccherini is desperate to join Antonio Conte at Chelsea according to his agent.
Furio Valcareggi confirmed that his client is wanted by a number of Serie A clubs ahead of the summer transfer window.
But a move to Stamford Bridge would be a step forward in the 31-year-old's career.
"Torino are interested, Bologna are interested and clubs outside Italy are also interested," Valcareggi told Lady Radio.
"I am available to meet [Bologna director Pantaleo] Corvino, it would be nice if he makes a move to Fiorentina but there are other options.
"This is his best moment in his career and if [Antonio] Conte calls, he would fly to London straight away."
