Chelsea have opened talks with Spanish side to complete transfer of attacking midfielder

By

Chelsea have reportedly offered attacking midfielder Jeremie Boga to Real Betis, the Daily Star has revealed.

The Blues have already made business with the Spanish side having extended the loan spell of attacking midfielder Charly Musonda.

Boga spent last season on loan at French side Rennes, making 31 appearances in all competitions.

He is yet to make his official debut for the Blues.

In April, the 19-year-old described his move to Chelsea as a "childhood dream".

"When you're 12, you don't really realise what's happening.

"The move surprised a lot of people - the critics said I'd moved abroad too young.

"But my family and I didn't pay much attention to that and we've got no regrets today.

"It's a childhood dream really.

"When you get to train with John Terry and [Branislav] Ivanovic - really strong guys - you get better."
