Spanish outlet AS confirms Chelsea are ready to make a move to sign Real Madrid man

Chelsea have joined Roma and Villarreal in the battle to sign Real Madrid central defender Nacho, Spanish website AS has reported.

The 26-year-old has struggled to secure a regular place in Zinedine Zidane's side last season.

He is one of the many players linked with a move to Stamford Bridge to strengthen the Chelsea defensive department.

Meanwhile, reports from Italy have confirmed that Leonardo Bonucci is a target for new manager Antonio Conte.

The Juventus man could leave the Serie A in the summer and he would be ready to again work under the Italian manager.
