Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is personally calling Alvaro Morata to convince him to join Chelsea, has revealed.

The 23-year-old was one of the most impressive players for Spain as they eased past Turkey on Friday night.

He will return to Real Madrid this summer but will be immediately sold back since Zinedine Zidane cannot guarantee him a regular place in the starting line-up.

It is not the first time Conte has made direct contact with the Spaniard.

He was the one who convinced the youngster to join Juventus and is now determined to make him one of his first summer signings at Chelsea.
