Chelsea and Manchester City to offer £55million to sign Spanish star

By

Barcelona, Chelsea and Manchester City are all ready to secure the services of Atletico Madrid starlet Jose Gimenez, talkSPORT has reported.

The central defender has an estimated market value of £55million, a fee that the three clubs are ready to meet.

Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are also interested according to the article.

Despite his young age, the 21-year-old enjoyed a number of impressive performances in Diego Simeone's defensive department this season and has two years left on his current contract.

To strengthen the defence, Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is also keeping a close eye on Serie A defenders Antonio Rudiger and Kostas Manolas.
