Italian reports: Chelsea will soon open negotiations to sign Dutch wonderkid

By

Chelsea are strongly considering a move to sign PSV Eindhoven winger Steven Bergwijn, Gianluca Di Marzio wrote on his website.

The Blues have a strong relationship with the agent of the player, Jorge Mendes, and this could help if the two clubs open negotiations for the youngster.

Bergwijn featured eight times this season for the Dutch giants and is considered by many as one of the most interesting talents in the game.

Meanwhile, Swansea City boss Francesco Guidolin says new Chelsea manager Antonio Conte will be a success at Stamford Bridge.

"Conte under pressure? He is young and intelligent, he will succeed," Guidolin told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
