Confirmed: Chelsea and Liverpool target could leave in the summer

By

Newcastle United attacking midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum is expected to leave the club to stay in the English Premier League, reports from England have claimed.

The 25-year-old impressed in his first year with the Magpies as he ended the season as the club's best goalscorer.

But after the Magpies failed to avoid relegation, offers have been made for the Dutchman who could make a move to Liverpool or Chelsea this summer.

It’s something I can’t think about [staying at Newcastle United]," Wijnaldum the Chronicle.

It is always a good experience to work with a new manager because every manager is different.

“I will see how it is.

“I can’t think for other players, only for myself.

“I don’t think about the future yet.

“I am sad we are relegated and that’s the only thing on my mind right now.”
