Napoli legend explains situation over Chelsea's move for Gonzalo Higuain and Kalidou Koulibaly

By

Napoli legend Salvatore Bagni says Chelsea targets Kalidou Koulibaly and Gonzalo Higuain could face a different future next season.

The 59-year-old is convinced that the central defender will not be sold by the club but the Argentinean could be tempted to leave the Partenopei during the summer transfer window.

"I believe [Kalidou] Koulibaly will 100% stay at the club," Bagni told Europa Calcio News.

"It's impossible to be competitive in the Champions League without him. Top class players are required to compete in such an elite competition.

"[Higuain?] My gut feeling tells me that many clubs will make offers for him.

"There are many clubs out there who can afford to sign him, it will depend on what he wants."
