Borussia Dortmund, Chelsea and Liverpool are all ready to make a move for defender Antonio Rudiger, according to the Daily Star.
The 23-year-old has struggled to impose himself in the Serie A since his summer move to Roma and would be delighted to feature in the Premier League.
His dream club is Arsenal but the Blues are ready to offer £20million to secure his services.
"I have always dreamed of the Premier League," Rudiger told Bild last year.
"I have been following Arsenal since the days of [Thierry] Henry and [Dennis] Bergkamp.
"I watch videos of Arsenal all the time on YouTube and I often wear the current Alexis Sanchez shirt.
"My heart beats for Arsenal."
