Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly told Chelsea 'not to bother' lodging a bid for Brazilian defender Marquinhos, the Daily Star has reported.
According to recent reports, the Blues have turned their attention to the 21-year-old after failing to sign Everton defender John Stones.
But the Telegraph chief football correspondent Jason Burt has revealed that the French giants are not interested in selling the youngster who is also a target for Manchester United.
"I'm told that reports in France that Chelsea been knocked back with an inquiry today for PSG defender Marquinhos are true," he wrote on Twitter.
