Chelsea to offer £26m to sign Arsenal and Internazionale target

Chelsea are ready to up their offer for Jose Callejon to £26m to see off rival interest from Arsenal, Metro has revealed.

Internazionale were also rumoured to be interested although agent Manuel Garcia Quillon told FcInterNews that his client is expected to stay at Napoli.

"Internazionale? Just rumours," the agent said.

"I deny that the player will move to Milan. If he will stay at Napoli? I think yes."

Nonetheless, Chelsea are eager to add the Spaniard to their squad after selling Mohamed Salah to Roma.

Napoli and Internazionale will not feature in next season's Champions League and this could tempt the 28-year-old to leave the Serie A to join Chelsea or Arsenal in the Premier League.
