Alex Telles' agent Fernando Otto says Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are both interested in signing his client.
The Blues have made an offer to sign the Galatasaray defender according to reports in Turkey.
And although Otto says that the 22-year-old is happy in Turkey, he also declared that the player has attracted interest from a number of clubs because he holds an Italian passport.
"There are clubs that are making offers," Otto told Eurosport Turkey.
"None have been official and he could play for Chelsea and PSG without using a foreign player space due to having an Italian passport but he is happy at Galatasaray."
