Jose Callejon's agent Manuel Garcia Quillon says Chelsea made no contact to sign the Napoli player.
The Blues have made a £15.5m bid for the Spain international according to reports but Quillon has rubbished the rumours.
The winger is also a reported target for Arsenal although he is expected to stay at the San Paolo Stadium at least for one more season.
"Have I spoken to someone from Chelsea? No, unfortunately not," the representative told plbold.dk.
"As things stand, Jose will not be leaving Napoli.
"It is a decision made by President Aurelio De Laurentiis."
