Atletico Madrid star would welcome Chelsea defender with open arms

Atletico Madrid midfielder Koke says the club should sign defender Filipe Luis back from Chelsea.

Luis left the club to join the Blues in the summer of 2014 but struggled to secure a regular place in Jose Mourinho's squad.

And Koke says he would be more than happy to welcome the Brazilian back at Madrid.

"Filipe decided to leave and now he has the chance to return," Koke is quoted as saying by Marca.

"If he arrives, there will be more competition, and that's good.

"We'll be a better team and fight for more things. Filipe is no traitor.

"As long as he plays and plays well there won't be any problem."
