Chelsea will reportedly complete the transfer of teenager Kenedy this week, Metro reports.
A target for Serie A clubs Internazionale, Milan and Juventus during last January's transfer window, the 19-year-old is expected to sign a five-year contract with the Blues.
Last month, he was full of praise for the Blues and made it clear that his dream was to join the club.
"Of course, I am happy to play for Fluminense but it is my ambition to one day play in Europe," the youngster said.
"I like Chelsea because of players like Oscar and Ramires. I like the whole team."
