Diego Costa: Why Chelsea should sign Atletico Madrid's Arda Turan

By

Atletico Madrid winger Arda Turan would be a "fantastic" signing for Chelsea, according to striker Diego Costa.

The Turkey international is a target for a number of English Premier League clubs including Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United.

The Blues' relationship with the Spanish giants is a very solid one after a number of players left Spain to make a move to Stamford Bridge.

And this could help if the two clubs decide to open talks for the 28-year-old winger.

"It would be fantastic," Costa is quoted as saying by Express Sport.

"Arda makes everything so much easier out on the pitch.

"Arda, Filipe and I function perfectly. And Arda is such a great person.

"He invited us to eat at his house many times, I really liked his kebab. The whole team would go round to his house for dinner."
