General Manager: Chelsea and Arsenal made no offer for Ghana international

By

Augsburg General manager Stefan Reuter says no offers were made for left-back Abdul Baba Rahman.

After a very successful season in the Bundesliga, the 20-year-old attracted interest from a number of top European clubs including Chelsea, Arsenal, Roma, Real Madrid, Manchester City and Juventus.

But Reuter insists the player is happy at Augsburg and will be at the club next season as well.

"There is nothing concrete on our table with regard to Abdul Rahman Baba," Reuter is quoted as saying by the Daily Mail.

"We are very happy to have him at our club, we are delighted he is playing for our club.

"We have been happy to hear him saying he feels great being with us."
