Chelsea ready to meet £65m buy-out clause for Arsenal and Juventus target

By

Chelsea are ready to pay Gonzalo Higuain's £65m buy-out clause, Tuttosport reports.

The 27-year-old continues to be a target also for Arsenal and Juventus but the Blues are in pole position to secure the services of the Napoli man according to the article.

Also open is the possibility for the striker to stay at Napoli.

The former Real Madrid man would accept to spend a season without Champions League football as long as the Partenopei will be competitive in the Italian Serie A.

Napoli are still searching for a new coach after the departure of Rafa Benitez with Maurizio Sarri favourite to take over from the Spaniard.
