Diego Costa puts end to exit rumours: I love it here

By

Chelsea striker Diego Costa will not leave the club in the summer.

The 26-year-old was speaking after Chelsea's 1-0 win against Sydney FC in Australia in reply to reports suggesting that he was unhappy in England.

"[It is] quite a simple answer," Costa told Chelsea TV.

"It is always a bit more difficult in the first season for adaptation, but I have no reason to leave this place. I love it, the fans love me and I want to stay.

"It is really good to come in the first season and win two things.

"It is really important and next year I will be ready to come back and hopefully win a couple more trophies."
