Chelsea and Liverpool make approach for Andrea Pirlo

The Champions League final against Barcelona could be Andrea Pirlo's last game for Juventus.

The 36-year-old is set to make a move to the Major League Soccer according to reports but he might be tempted to make a move to the English Premier League.

Liverpool and Chelsea would be more than happy to add experience to their midfield with the Reds already in talks with the Italian champions.

Earlier this month, the Italian revealed that he would consider leaving Juventus if they lift the Champions League.

"Ending my Turin career after winning the Champions League would be a dream come true," Pirlo told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

"It would be the perfect way [to end my Juventus spell].

"But I will continue to play, I still have the same motivation to train every day."
