"It's done" - Thomas Lemar will become Arsene Wenger's third summer signing at Arsenal

By

Arsenal will make Thomas Lemar their third summer signing according to transfer market expert Emanuele Giulianelli‏.

The Italian was the first journalist to break the news of Shkodran Mustafi's move to the Emirates last summer.

And on Twitter he wrote that he is convinced that the 21-year-old will surely join the Gunners.

The Frenchman has been heavily linked with the North Londoners all summer.

Sky Sport's Dharmesh Sheth also confirmed that the transfer could be completed soon.

Last week he said that the two clubs will resume talks in the coming weeks.

"Despite Monaco's insistence that he stays at the club, we understand Arsenal maintain a keen interest in the player," Sheth said on Sky Sports News.

"It's thought talks between the clubs continue.

"Monaco's not for sale stance has been seen in some quarters as a way to encourage Arsenal to make a higher offer.

"Perhaps we haven't heard the last of Thomas Lemar in this window."
