Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Antero Henrique is in London to try and finalise a deal for Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez.

The French giants have joined the race to sign the Chilean striker.

Manchester City and a number of clubs in Italy are also interested in the 28-year-old.

PSG's interest has been confirmed by manager Unai Emery who was full of praise for the Arsenal man.

"PSG wants the best players in the world, who are in the best clubs in the world," Emery told L'Equipe when asked about interest in Sanchez and Neymar.

"If we want to compete with Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Real Madrid and win the Champions League, then PSG must have a player of the world top five.
