"There is nothing new" - Agent deals Arsenal major blow in race to sign £57million attacking midfielder

The agent of attacking midfielder Arda Turan says there is nothing new regarding the future of his client.

The £57million-rated Barcelona man has been heavily linked with a move to Arsenal.

But Ahmet Bulut again confirmed that the 30-year-old will stay at Barcelona.

"Arda [Turan] will stay at Barcelona," Bulut told Turkish publication NTV Spor.

"He has three years remaining on his contract and he will report for pre-season training on July 12."There is nothing new in this respect."

Arsenal have already secured the services of defender Sead Kolasinac and striker Alexandre Lacazette but manager Arsene Wenger is determined to strengthen the midfield as well.
