Arsenal have confirmed on their official website that striker Takuma Asano will continue on loan at Stuttgart.

As revealed on Monday, the Gunners have been informed that the striker still does not qualify for a work permit.

The 21-year-old, who made his senior international debut in 2015, has proved a big success in his homeland since making his club debut at the age of 18.

He was a key element for Stuttgart with his 26 appearances and four goals as they gained promotion to the Bundesliga.

The Gunners will be hoping to have the Japan international available at the end of next season.
