"He is ready to join Arsenal" - £43million attacking midfielder ready to accept Gunners proposal

By

Real Madrid attacking midfielder Marco Asensio is ready to accept proposals from either Liverpool, Arsenal or Juventus if he is not promised a starring role at Real Madrid, reports claim, Express Sport has claimed.

The 21-year-old scored the fourth goal in the 4-1 Champions League final win over Juventus in Cardiff and has received a lot of praise for his work last season.

Liverpool have already approached the Spanish giants with a £43million offer.

But signing the youngster is an almost-impossible task for his suitors as president Florentino Perez considers him one for the future.

"Asensio has become a big player and can become a Golden Ball winner," he told Marca.

"He has all the qualities to succeed He is humble, hardworking, sensible, a team player and has tremendous quality.

"All his team-mates recognise the quality he has and it is not about money. He is one of those players we signed up because he has the quality to play in the first-team.

"This has been his first season and Zidane has handled it wonderfully. Every time he has played, he has been magnificent."
