Arsenal midfielder discusses Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil transfer situations

By

Midfielder Granit Xhaka believes Mesut Ozil will be at Arsenal next season but refused to rule out a summer move by Alexis Sanchez.

The Switzerland international was full of praise for his team-mates amid recent reports claiming that they will leave the Emirates to enjoy Champions League football next season.

Ozil has offers from China and Sanchez has been approached by Manchester City and Bayern Munich.

"I think so [he will stay]. I owe him a lot, he helped me a lot at first," Xhaka said on Ozil.

On Sanchez he added: "I hope not [him leaving], of course. He has qualities on the pitch which are incomprehensible. He's very important.

"Alexis can play with every world team – just like Ozil. I have been able to play with many great players, but these two stick out."
