"Tracked by Arsenal and Chelsea" - London duo eye Bundesliga defender star

Chelsea and Arsenal are weighing up moves for Borussia Dortmund defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos in the summer transfer window, according to Metro.

Reports claim that the 29-year-old is ready to leave the German giants to embark on a new experience in a different league.

Both Arsene Wenger and Antonio Conte are ready to make a move for the 29-year-old.

He played more than 150 games for Borussia Dortmund with Die Borussen determined to keep him at least for one more season.

But recently, the defender made it clear that he is taking in consideration the possibility of leaving the club.

"When you are young you have time to get things, but I am not anymore and I want to win titles," he told Funke Mediengruppe.
