Arsenal have made an official £69.8million bid to sign this Manchester United target

By

Arsenal have made an official bid to sign Real Madrid striker James Rodriguez according to reports in Spain.

The Colombia international is expected to leave the Santiago Bernabeu after struggling to enjoy regular first-team football this season.

Manchester United and Internazionale are also interested with the Nerazzurri the other club to have made an official offer to sign the talented striker.

More reports in Spain believe that manager Zinedine Zidane will decide the future of the 25-year-old who was already a target for the Red Devils last year.

Jose Mourinho - who is expected to lose experienced striker Wayne Rooney who has offers from a number of clubs - is desperate to strengthen his offensive department and Rodriguez is a target.
