Arsenal and Manchester United target explains why he doesn't like 'new Thierry Henry' tag

By

Arsenal and Manchester United target Kylian Mbappe says it's too early to compare him with France legend Thierry Henry.

The 18-year-old is one of the most wanted strikers with Manchester City also rumoured to be interested.

He explained that he is still too young to be compared with someone who made history in the game.

"It's flattering to be compared to Henry, but as I said and I repeat: 'everybody writes his story.'," he told Eurosport.

"Thierry has made his career and it was immense, I think it would not be fair to compare an 18-year-old who has not done anything yet.

"If I make a great career, I would not want to be compared to an 18-year-old who has not done anything yet.

"[My idol?] The one who made me love football was [Zinedine] Zidane.

"Afterwards, I developed several idols but really Zidane was my very first idol."
